There are three options of meeting points as this is a 3 place stop boat. The main one is at Terreiro do Paço (Estação Sul e Sueste). The second one is at Cais da Ribeira das Naus, and the last one is at Cais da Princesa de Belém.

Minimum attendees
This boat ride does not require a minimum number of attendees. However, they only accept groups up to 25 people
Time of arrival
It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the time you want to take the boat ride. This activity does have a fixed schedule, therefore late comers won’t be allowed into the boat, please be on time, otherwise you will have to wait for the next boat in an hour's time.

Cancellation policy
